- After application times of 7 to 14 days, a high level of biological activity was demonstrated
Adapted from Bohn and Kraemer.
From studies involving healthy subjects, penetration of ciclopirox through the
nails was investigated. Nail samples were obtained and ciclopirox concentrations
in the nail were determined by microbiologic assay.
The clinical relevance of these findings is unknown.
